I have decided that EVERY DOCTOR OF J'S is staffed by idiots. I called his eye doctor to schedule an appointment at the Douglas office. For tomorrow, 8/29 at 11:15am. I got up at 6, did a load of laundry, checked email, Facebook, LJ, and got ready to go to my aunt's(she had a doctor's appointment and had to leave for it by 12pm). I spent a few hours there. We had quite the adventure today. J went to work, coughed so hard he nearly passed out, his arm went numb, then tingly. He came home and I called his doctor, who said to go to the ER, even though J was sure it wasn't life-threatening. J's surgery has been cancelled. The ENT office just called - - insurance denied it because they have no paperwork proving that J's had frequent sinus infections. I'm pissed off at the doctor's office - - they've known for *weeks* this was scheduled, and they wait until the Friday before his surgery to do this ( Read more... )

After J left for work, I went back to bed for a few hours, got up and went to Wal Mart to get his test strips refilled and to get gas for both the lawn mower and truck, came home and had lunch, and watched TV while I folded laundry.
